Many plant proteins exhibit darker or red-yellow-brown tones, which can be especially challenging for use in dairy alternatives or achieving natural meat-like colors in plant-based meat products [1]. In contrast to other oat proteins, Lantmännen’s PrOatein is a light beige colour, making it a great choice for various applications, including plant-based dairy and meat alternatives.
